Tracy combines film making with development and maintains the community links vital to the company’s unique access to stories.
She has 12 years of experience as a freelancer working for independent companies such as Mentorn, Element Productions, Ceidiog Creations, and Boomerang as well as BBC London. Tracy has a broad range of factual TV experience as diverse as the Alistair Mcgowan show to the Art of the Cross for BBC4. From the Royal Variety Performance to The Royal Welsh Show. From drama to working on long running children’s series’ such as My Big Day and Bafta winner; Dwylo’r Enfys for S4C.
In addition she has produced and written independent films and played a key creative role as a writer having plays produced by Script Cymru, Sherman Cymru and Menagerie Theatre, as well as initiating projects in the community. She also has a creative relationship with Parc Prison, running writing workshops with inmates. Tracy’s role in the filming the 9 part series Swansea: Living on the Streets contributed to the delivery of some of the highest audience figures ever for a documentary on BBC Wales. She was accepted for the prestigious ‘Producer Plus’ SKILLSET training and is a recipient of a Creative Wales Award for research and development in documentary theatre.
